Classico Marble is celebrating 30 years in business!

Classico was founded in 1995 by the late Calogero Caruso and he built the business by maintaining an unerring focus on crafting high quality stonemasonry.

Under Calogero’s guidance, Classico swiftly became the go-to stonemason for architects, developers and designers in London and the South East. In 2002 the business moved to it’s current premises in Langley and continued to grow.

In 2015, Classico had to double the size of their workshops by taking on the warehouse next door and a year later we moved to completely digital production.

Today, we are a team of 35 made up of operators, fitters, sales and office-based team members, working on stone surfaces for projects across England and Wales.

The majority of our work is still kitchen and bathroom worktops and we are still well-known for the high quality of our work. Many tredns have come and gone in that time but timeless elements are bookmatching beautiful slabs of natural stone, fluted panels, and vein-matching surfaces perfectly.

Our Langley factory produces far more worktops per week than 30 years ago; for example we crafted 1,300 kitchen worktops for the Berkeley Homes former Horlicks factory in Slough. Our factory has also become a training centre for other stone fabricators and processors, supporting our drive to help the wider industry to innovate and develop.

Keep an eye on our social media feeds over October, November and December as we post pictures and details of some of our favourite projects from the last 30 years, introduce you to some of the team, take you behind the scenes at Classico and share what some of our long-standing customers have to say about us.
